ABOUT
DIGITAL CITIES PH
The digitalcitiesPH portal features the profiles of cities and municipalities in the Philippines. Developed by the I.T. and Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP) in partnership with the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) and with the assistance of the National ICT Confederation of the Philippines (NICP), it is the portal’s goal to provide a comprehensive overview of the city/municipality’s investment landscape, offering strategic insights for current and prospective investors/locators. Each profile provides key information on talent, infrastructure, cost and business environment.

DICT
The primary policy, planning, coordinating, implementing, and administrative entity of the Executive Branch of the government that plans, develops, and promotes national ICT development agenda. (RA 10844).
IBPAP
The enabling association for the IT-BPM industry in the Philippines. IBPAP serves as the one-stop information and advocacy gateway for the industry. IBPAP plays a pivotal role in sustaining rapid growth of the IT-BPM industry by working to ensure an enduring supply of high-quality labor, supporting service innovation, and providing country visibility.
NICP
The recognized national organization of ICT Councils in the Philippines. NICP serves as the venue for collaboration and sharing of best practices for its member organizations. NICP has served as the unified voice for the Philippine Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Sector.
